There are two major reasons home services is a brutal industry.

1.) We have a preinstalled 15-30% churn rate. Customers move houses and stop recurring services.

2.) Our revenue, leads, and profit are seasonal. Weather patterns change.

I can't solve the first problem completely. I can try to get referrals to new homeowners.

But the second problem of seasonality is a solvable problem. It will take some creativity. Having a dip in revenue is not acceptable. Having months when you lose money is not acceptable.
