88% Have Failed Since January 1

So, a few weeks ago, people started making goals. They made SMART goals. They used whiteboards. They used mind maps. They got fancy markers. They might have even made a vision board.

By the end of January, 88% have failed on those New Year's resolutions.

I am speaking to business owners, entrepreneurs, and money-motivated people. So, I assume you set business or financial goals for 2025. Make more money. Increase revenue. Get more leads. Hire more people. Grow the business. Increase your salary.

There are a plethora of ways to make these goals happen. I want to throw my hat into the ring.

Work more hours.

Most people focus on 3-5% increases in efficiency. Those are good.

Yet, they neglect the big, obvious lever in their business. Work more. Let's assume you don't refine your skills with more practice (which I would argue you do). Working Saturdays will increase your output by 20%. Working 3 hours each night will increase your output by 50%.

If you hate being poor, like I did 10 years ago, getting rich will be worth the pain of less "free time."

PS - I got engaged last month. Here is a picture. Thank you for all your support.
