I visited Cobbs Care, a lawn care business in Ohio, as they recouped from a tough year. They attempted to grow the business to get the owner out of the field and expand the team. They grew to 7 employees VERY FAST! However, they quickly saw without training systems in place their profits plummeted… and employees left!
