(Jan 1–Jul 8, 2025).

This is what the Augusta Model looks like:

• $800K annual revenue target

• $200K profit target

• Simple, recurring services.

• Zero daily involvement from the owner.

📌 Key Notes:

1. This location has been in profit mode for 3 years (after 2 years of growth).

2. 9 straight quarters of profitability; no offseason drop-off.

3. I’ve never visited the shop. It runs under a GM and Regional Manager (shoutout to them!).

4. Profit sharing for crew, GM, and Regional is included in WAGES—they’re W-2 employees.
