They are hiding in the form of unused equipment, trucks, and employees.

If you have 7 employees but could get all the work done with 4, let 3 of them go. You cut your management time by 43%

These types of businesses are the HARDEST turnarounds. The numbers don’t show the truth. Profits hide in excess capacity. Excess capacity is the difference between your current revenue and the revenue you COULD make if all your trucks and employees were used full time.
