To solve the dump site issue, we contacted a local contact provided by the public storage facility. Unfortunately, we had to set up an account, but the costs were a bit higher than expected. $85 minimum charge?!?! But fear not, we'll cover these expenses through our estimates and overhead recovery! 💸💼

Visited a dealer, hoping to pick up the right mower. Introduced myself and assured them we'd be potential customers. Building relationships is key! 👥✅

Finally found a dump site that charges much more reasonable rates. No need for commercial accounts or excessive fees. Success! 🎉🗑️
