Everything Feels Urgent. Here’s What To Do First. !!️

Opportunities are pennies.

Threats are nickels.

Improvements are dimes.

Fortunes are made by knowing which one to pick up first.

I’ve seen this play out hundreds of times in the home service space.

Most owners are overwhelmed not because they lack options—but because they have too many. Every day brings a new opportunity (penny), a potential threat (nickel), or an idea to improve (dime). But grabbing at all of them is like scooping loose change off the sidewalk—you end up with a pocket full of nothing.

The Lesson:

📌 You don’t need more ideas.

📌 You don’t need to chase every threat.

📌 You don’t even need more improvements.

You need clarity on which one to act on first. In the words of Jocko Willink, “prioritize and execute.”

Keep crushing it!
