Why I charged for courses in the past:

We have 8+ team members on the media team... and we are hiring more.

We are going to get back to weekly turnaround shows in 2025. One episode costs $20,000 - $30,000 to produce. This includes the cost of flying the team out and editing the video. The expenses exceeded $1,500,000 in 2024.

I charged $599 for Landscape Business Course and MBA 4 Entrepreneur courses. I charged for the Turnaround Book. That is what funded the media team and the free content creation process.

Why I gave it all away for free:

Copilot CRM, Lawn Care Web Design, and Home Service Web Design can now pay for the media team and the turnaround show's travel expenses. The online courses are my best work. They include the Turnaround course. It will give you a step-by-step roadmap to turning around your business.

I am not Mother Teresa.

I want to make more money. My goal is to increase my lead flow for the software, franchise, and web design companies. I hope that by giving more stuff away for free, smaller companies become larger. They will need a CRM, a top-ranking website, and may consider joining Augusta to scale their business.
