Monetize attention. Scale systems. Double down on content. 

Here’s what I’m changing immediately:

1. Inserting 10–15 second CTAs in turnaround shows
   

2. Pinning CTA comments on every video
   

3. Using YouTube Community posts to talk about Augusta & Copilot
   

4. Running Facebook retargeting to my email list
   

5. Scaling the sales team to handle more leads
   

6. Focus on getting more turnaround applications and pre-screening them
   

7. Dropping CTAs in every email (like this one)...........
