How McDonalds Gets Teenagers to Generate $128K/yr in Revenue!
The $125k Blueprint (The Ultimate Guide for HIRING Employees)
Did you know that the average McDonalds employee generates over $128,000 per year in revenue?
How is that possible when they hire entry-level teenagers to do the work!?
They've simplified their products and services (menu). This makes it easy to train new employees and get them to be efficient fast. You can do the same thing in your home service business. We track this using a metric called "Time to Efficiency". In other words, how fast can you take a new employee and make them profitable for the business?
I made this free training video about employees. It guides you from $0- $1M+ in annual revenue.
There are three major roles you'll play as you grow.
1.) Laborer: $0 to $200,000 in annual revenue
2.) Manager: $200,000 to $800,000 in annual revenue
3.) Architect: $800,000+ in annual revenue
If you're hiring your first employee, I share three "sniff tests". You can use them to see if your business can afford to hire someone. Use your daily revenue, profit and loss statement, and the Rule of 25%. You'll use them to see if you can afford your first employee.
If you already have many employees, there are two transition periods. They come as you keep growing and scaling up the business. These are the transitions to manager and architect of your business.
