🌱💪 How Much I Made in the First Month of My Lawn Care Business

🌱💪 How Much I Made in the First Month of Starting 4 Lawn Care Businesses!

Hey there Lawn Care Enthusiasts! 😎

It’s Mike Andes - aka The Lawn Care Billionaire… look it’s gonna happen eventually LOL

We're excited to share our latest update with you! Last month, we started FOUR brand new lawn care businesses out in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we've got some fantastic news to report. So, buckle up and get ready for a whirlwind of growth, successes, challenges, and all the fun in between! 🚀

Introducing our rockstar regional manager, Chuck, who has been working tirelessly to ensure these new locations flourish. In this newsletter, we'll dive into the nitty-gritty numbers, the highs and lows, and of course, the good, the bad, and the ugly. Let's get started! 📊

Overall we made $33,766 in the first month in business. We expect to double that next month!

📍Our four new locations in North Carolina: Cornelius, Huntersville, Highland Creek, and Concord - all part of the fantastic Charlotte market. In just their first month of business, these locations have achieved some impressive results:

- Cornelius: $10,467 in revenue, $3,000 in marketing, and 24 mowing customers 🌿

- Huntersville: $10,133 in revenue, $3,000 in marketing, and 35 mowing customers 🏡

- Highland Creek: $8,917 in revenue, $3,000 in marketing, and 20 mowing customers 🍃

- Concord: $4,249 in revenue, $4,000 in marketing, and 10 mowing customers 🌳

Not bad for the FIRST MONTH IN BUSINESS! 💪 Watch the video at the top of this post to see why Concord struggled… hint: Google verification is no joke!

Our goal is to grow these locations quickly within the first three months and reach $30,000+ in monthly revenue. And guess what? We're on our way! At that point we turn into “profit mode” by raising prices, lowering close ratio and maximizing profit (GM gets 10-25% quarterly profit sharing). Thanks to Chuck and our amazing team, we're already seeing progress in customer acquisition, marketing strategies, and overall business development. The videos shows what advertising methods worked… and where we wasted $3000! hint: EDDM can be hit or miss based on the weather and the market!

But it's not all smooth sailing. We've had our fair share of challenges, like one employee accidentally slicing his leg open with a pair of hedge trimmers (ouch!) 🩹, and the ups and downs of different marketing strategies. But hey, that's all part of the fun, right? 😅

One of the most effective marketing techniques has been door-to-door interactions, with one of our team members handing out 250 door hangers in less than a week and gaining six new customers! 🚪🏃‍♂️

And the best part? We're having a blast doing it! Our general managers are connecting with clients and local communities, and the overall experience has been incredibly rewarding. From senior communities offering food and water to our teams, to learning valuable lessons about time management and hiring, our team is growing, learning, and having fun every step of the way. 😁

In closing, we're so grateful for the progress we've made so far and look forward to even more growth and success in the coming months. We can't wait to keep you updated on our journey! 🌱🎉

We look forward to showing you the results from MONTH TWO of business (April 2023)😉
