My Business Financials Exposed! 🤯

Most franchisors hide their financial performance inside a 100-page document. That document is the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document).

To do this, our numbers have to be airtight and audited. There is a lot of legal red tape around showing financial performance. The most common question I get is, "What is the average revenue I can expect from a new location?"

In the past, I could not answer this question. To remain within legal boundaries, we could not provide specific details.

⚠️That changes today. Our Item 19 is now public.

So here they are. The average financials of Augusta Lawn Care locations in business for 3 years.

Top 10% - $1,388,181

Top 50% - $732,107

✅ Average - $519,357

Bottom 50% - $255,598

Bottom 10% - $148,909

***Revenue per location increased by 27% in 2024. We are targeting another 25% increase in 2025.

PS - the average investment ranges from $50,000-$140,000

PPS - To be fair, we only counted locations that started from $0. This doesn’t count lawn care companies that switched over and were already operating full-time. So if someone had an $800,000 business and then joined Augusta, we did not include them in the numbers.
