My Distraction Came Back To Haunt Me 🤯

Year one of Augusta Lawn Care… I also started Augusta Cleaning Services.

One van. Two businesses. No focus.

I told myself:

“I’ll clean the inside of the house and mow the outside. One-stop shop!”

Last week, I saw that same Ford Transit van on the highway.

Still running. Unlike the cleaning business.

Within a year, I shut it down.

Lawn care was the winner.

Cleaning was a distraction.

That was my first lesson in Shiny Service Syndrome. And I lost.

It always makes sense to add more services.

But the truth?

You’re just scared to go all-in.

My advice:

Stick to one thing. Get freaky good at it.

Someone’s built a 7-figure business doing just that.

So can you.
