My Profit and Loss Statement 📝
Over the past year I have talked a lot about going into PROFIT MODE. That means when you are overloaded with work you raise prices. You do NOT hire more people. You don’t buy more trucks and equipment. You get off the “grow at all costs” treadmill.
This is the Augusta Model.
$800K revenue.
$200K profit.
Simple, recurring services.
Systems run by a GM. Not the owner.
This Profit and Loss statement clearly shows the difference that PROFIT MODE vs GROWTH MODE makes.

In Q2 2024, this location broke even in Q2.
In Q2 2025, the same location made $70K in profit.
They built up recurring revenue.
They reduced marketing.
They sold off unused trucks.
They raised prices.
They focussed on training and employee retention.
The team made more money on P4P.
The GM and Regional Manager earned profit sharing.
Note 1: I (the owner) did not show up at the location for 2024/2025. Not once. The team gets all the credit.
Note 2: in 2024, the “Franchise Fees” include the “Command Center Fees”… we spend about 4-5% of revenue for them to handle email, payroll, P4P calculations, answer phone, respond to texts, etc
Note 3: If someone wants to say these are fake, remember my team sees these posts and they get a piece of whatever is shown via profit sharing. They know the numbers from open book management.
Note 4: This is the content I wanted to see when I was starting out. I hope it is helpful for someone.
