The 24/7 Challenge 🏃‍➡️

Need an energy boost? Start running.

I made up a workout; I call it the 24/7 Challenge.

Run on a treadmill at 7 mph with a 4% incline.

This is not a sprint, but it is quick enough to make you pant.

The goal is to go 20 minutes without stopping.

If you are new to running, you may need to stop every 2-3 minutes to catch your breath.

That's fine. The goal is to keep extending how long you can go without stopping.

Once you hit 20 minutes, you have made it.

20 minutes, 4% incline, 7 mph.

PS - Do the 24/7 Challenge at the end of a long workday. It will give you a second wind!
